Aar-Paar

Kaalu is a jobless man roaming the streets with no ambition in life. He takes up a job in a garage. There, he falls in love with Nikki, who is the boss`s daughter. Meanwhile he also meets a dancer in a bar where he goes to deliver a message to "Captain" from one of his jail buddies.
Captain offers to buy him a taxi on the condition that it will be available for his use whenever he needs it. Kaalu agrees, not knowing Captain intends to use the taxi for smuggling. Kaalu finds out what Captain has been up to, and refuses to be apart of it. Kaalu is about to be killed when his dancer tells Captain to force Kaalu to smuggle instead of killing him.
With a fast-paced plot and lots of sparkling,forthy melodies from O.P.Nayyar, Aar-Paar is one of Guru Dutt`s early entertainers,memorable for some of the greatest Nayyr-Geeta Dutt collaborations-Babuji Dheere Chalna,Kabhi Aar Kabhi Paar and Sun Sun Zalima.
