In 1967 Rakhee was in Badhu Bharan was went unoticed but 4 years later with the release of Sharmeelee Rahkee started geting roles and went on to become a daughter, wife, sister and even a mother. She played mother and girlfirend and wife of Amitabh Bachchan in the 70`s and 80`s.
